Nina Moeys-Paturel and Pierre-Luc Moeys are ready to embark on their third restaurant in the area. Beginning with Cafe With Love in 2005 and Oriole9 in 2006, Yum Yum Noodle bar promises to be in keeping with fresh and delicious food that is suitable for every palate.
Erica A. Mahlkuch began her culinary career at Caffe Bocce, the former, well-known eatery local to Charlottesville, Virginia, as understudy to Chef Miller. A natural, Erica advanced to running the New Italian kitchen for Ms. Miller and subsequently expanded her culinary base working in a variety of kitchens throughout the south and Florida. Joining with Miller as Co-Chef Owner she opened Sabroso where her concentration was on Iberian, Caribbean and South American cuisine. Erica has now joined Pierre-Luc Moeys and Nina Moeys-Paturel to open Yum Yum Noodle Bar in the heart of Woodstock.
